Michael Hickey leads the team at our Rockville location.
Mike Hickey is a Baltimore native and graduate of the University of Maryland – College Park and the Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. He completed a residency with CVCA Cardiac Care for Pets and achieved board certification in 2013. His professional interests include echocardiography, medical management of heart failure and arrhythmias, client education, and optimizing the specialist-family veterinarian-client-pet relationship. Outside the clinic, he enjoys coaching soccer and other activities for his two children, tending his backyard chickens and garden, cross training, cooking, and travel.
